Yesterday, the Grand Rapids Towing Company received a call from a customer who trusted us completely. Her Kia Soul had a flat tire at an inconvenient time. She had to get to work and she didn’t have time to wait for a towing company to show up.

So, she gave us a call; the towing company she trusted in Grand Rapids and we took good care of her. She went to work and we took care of all the details and in less than thirty minutes we had her green baby Kia on a flatbed, heading to the repair shop.  We always try to help out.  Thanks to Adam for the great photo’s.

Details of Trusted Towing Company

A Grand Rapids Towing Company Customer came outside to find her Kia Soul with a flat tire.  She needed help from a local towing company.  Time was of the essence. She called the towing company that she trusted most, Grand Rapids Towing.  Within the hour a flatbed truck arrived at the customer’s home. The towing company operator assessed the situation. The towing company operator saw that the front left tire was flat.  The towing company operator determined that he didn’t have access to the spare.  The towing company operator then determined to put the Kia Soul on his flatbed truck.  He first backed his towing company truck in front of the Kia Soul.  The towing company operator then pulled the winch from the tow truck and ran it down the tow truck and hooked up to a secure part of the car’s underbelly.  The towing company operator then winched the Kia Soul slowly and carefully, inch by inch onto the flatbed truck.  Once the Kia Soul was completely on top of the flatbed truck, the towing company operator secured the tires. First, the towing company operator secured the front tires and front frame. Next, he secured the back tires and back frame. The towing company operator then drove the Kia Soul to the automotive repair shop.  The towing company operator then pulled the car off the flatbed truck for repair. First, the back wheels inched off the incline. Next, the towing company operator inched the front wheels off.  The towing company operator left the car to have the flat tire repaired.  The towing company operator called the completed tow into the Grand Rapids Towing dispatch desk. The towing dispatcher then called the customer to alert her that her Kia Soul was at the shop being repaired.
